I was wondering if we could start a thread where people list places they get 30-50 visitors a day to their site A precise place/site as possible for me its forum and twitter I had a one point a cat website and I posted on a cat related MF I could about 50 or so that way
forum contribute a little, but twitter do nothing.. when a link is shared on twitter, only twitter BOTs come to the site!
Facebook - over 100 daily to my blog. if you have a blog, try the Networked Blog feature on Facebook. Pretty good
My analytics is showing 50+ visitors a day from snipsly.com. As the site is relatively new this is surprising. Snipsly is sending more traffic than hubpages but not as much as the site in my signature link though
Article marketing as well as blogging has worked really well for me. Its all about putting up a well written article backed up with a strong call to action resource box. John
blog and forum comments on do follow. good way to get backlinks and nice traffic as well. also i would do a video i heard thats good and post it on youtube.
Make sure you submit your posts to social sites like Digg, Reddit etc (see my signature link for more!) and also ensure you have good SEO set up on your site. Have a visitor sitemap and xml sitemap, use good permalinks and titles etc. These will all help you build steady traffic. Of course you need good content to make sure your visitors return. Getting from 50-100 to 200-500 is where the fun begins!
I get my traffic from google, twitter, facebook, and digg. If you do more than just one you will see more results. just make sure you are doing most than you should so that you can get better results than your competition.
Its not a particular source that sends 50 traffic a day. If you have good content and high rankings, automatically traffic will come from search engines and other referring sites.
Google Analytics kindly informs me that I get around 60 hits per day from Facebook, still haven't gone viral though
