Where would you invest $4000 ?

Basically, I have an unexpected surplus of around $4000 and I was wondering where you would use/invest this? I am looking for online investments such as websites, or anything like that

 

I would make a really big niche website. Get a domain and use the 4k to buy good quality content.

 

I would build a a number of small niches websites. I would then created of have created good content. I would market the sites with original articles and some other link building.

 

Use 40% to create a product in an evergreen niche that is suitable for list building, 40% to drive traffic and split test conversions for buying and optins then the remaining 20% on SEO when you know what works.

I wouldn't spend so much on product creation--FIRST, test your marketing. THEN you can build your product. Why would you spend money to create a product if you don't know how will you can get it sold? That's basic screw-up number 1! (trust me--I know!)

 

I'd definitely make sure you don't make it known that you've got $4K to invest or else you'll be hounded by numerous people to try and grasp that $4K from your wallet. And, from my experience, don't buy anything from flippa.com

 

I know about this, and I'm quite aware of the situation. I'm creating this thread mainly for ideas, not for finding people to throw money at

 

build a unique website for around 1k and use the rest for marketing. then throw some advertising on your site to generate all your money back

 

can think of buying some premium generic .com / .in names , traffic domains or some established sites

 

buy/invest in good sites but don't spend more than 50% of your actual money on hand.

 

on IDHacker.com sites.. just kidding..

 

Use $10 to get a domain.
Use $200 to buy content.
Use couple of hundred dollar to build links.
Wait for few months.
Sell it for x times revenue.

Website sale proceed - cost = profit/loss
$4000 will be $4000++ or $4000--

Do not spend it all.

 

Where would be the best place to invest in SEO services? That is, to get a great Google ranking?

 

Well, you can find many people willing to do SEO services in here, you can get some .EDU backlinks, or somme directory submissions etc, to drive more traffic.

 

I would invest in building a big MMORPG games community with lots of private servers to choose from.
It's safest place to invest and you will recieve all your money invested in no time.

 

Build SEO sites. Invest in a niche. Get a targeted audience and market things to them, there's really no other way to do it.

 

I'd invest the money in hookers & booze . No srsly that's what i'd do right now .

 

I would invest $100 in 40 different things. Seriously, I think it's a good idea to spread out your "eggs". ^^

 

I'd buy some property and give it on rent
