    Hi,

In my opinion DomainTools has the best database for that purpose, but they charge money for their service. The only other alternative which somehow fulfills what you want is Archive.org, but they do not have whois data, only a cache and it works only for very old websites. It is good to check the nature of content shown on the website, but I'm not sure if you will be able to make real use if it.

In any case, it is worth to subscribe to DomainTools, especially if you want to become a domain marketer or if you have several domains to manage.
