Where to syndicate articles now?

    After the Farmer Update, there seems to be growing distrust of user-generated content site like ezinearticles, squidoo, etc.

    What is the best site now to syndicate articles now? Paid or non-paid

    These sites are going down in reputation because so many people are abusing them. However, like blogger, there still are worthy pages and microsites that are doing fine and would continue to do so. Additionally, ezine has slightly modified its editing policy which would make the content placed there a bit better (hopefully).
