I am looking for a list of FREE directories that have "Web directories" (or similar) as a category. I don't care if they ask for reciprocal or not. I found several lists so far, but none with direct links to the "Web directory" category. Also, I'm very interested in lists that have valid directories (for instance, one listed a lot of directories that didn't exist anymore).
Check out http://www.valeona.info/Computers_Internet/Web_Directories/. It is an SEO friendly directory with several sub-categories for web directories. Also if you add a recip. link you get a free featured link for 3 months. (Featured links are $1/year otherwise ) Regular and Recip. links are free and featured links are very cheap.
"The server at www.valeona.info is taking too long to respond." Tried 5 times now... I am very interested in links to the "Web Directories" category, instead of the main link.

Thank you, but it's not what I asked for. A lot of the directories mentioned there are not free, they just have some temporary free offers.
