Cool Forum. But, where do I start with SEO? I've read a few threads wanted to ask newbie questions, but instead I'll do it all here, and hope that's okay. I'd like to list my site in some of the free Solicitations which are posted but not sure how that relates to getting a higher google ranking. Is it as simple as the more sites that reference your web site the higher your google ranking? Any other good to know info about where to start to learn more about SEO would be greatly appreciated. @dothq: An eBook like The SEO Book, by Aaron Wall is a good starting point. When you are a newbie, a forum in not always the best place to start. I would recommnend reading that book, or another on the subject, and then come back to fill in the blanks. My best tip: Focus on building your content with a quality (i.e. non-overloaded, graphic light) website template.
