I don't think the address in your signature is good to your SEO. You should remove "index.php". For your question, I think you can put it everywhere.
Okay, will remove the index.php I don't wanna put anything in between content. So where else could i put it?
Nice site, it looks good. I suggest that you add an ad on your sidebar on the left, you can use vertical banner. And on the article, place a 336x280 ad below the title, then push everything down below the ad.
Simply imagine the ads are not adsense, they are yours. Imagine you can put them anywhere on your site. You want the best location for your ads. Now put adsense there.
Consider using the heat map on your website for best ad placements, and visit your website casually and see at first place where your eyes go. These are the good places for placing ads.
