Where To Start ?

i ave studied PHP/MySQL from w3schools and PHP for dummies book and i note down lots of important functions which are used in PHP in a separate note,,,,,

i am having a website idea,,,,,, i want to code the website by my own, but don't know where to start ??,,,,,,

can u please give some advice,,,,,

 

first you create documents of all the page and you will start by index page.

 

I always start with writing down what i want the pages to do, if it should have anything special added to it...

In other words i segment the problems into smaller pieces which makes it faster and easier to solve them later when coding.

This could be done without writing it down, but then there´s the risk of forgetting the ideas...

And as the previous poster said: Start with index.php

 

first categorize the things you have to be added into your web site.Then make their menus and then make the first page that is the home page and then make other pages of our menus.
