Please tell me how to spent money fron unverify paypal account? this probably sounds silly, but i really having trouble verifying my account
You can spend normally but PP place limits on the amount you can withdraw from your account - in the UK it's a limit of £500 per month and £1500 total. What sort of problems are you having with verification? I had problems confirming my location by telephone so I sent them an email, asked them for an alternative and they agreed I could verify by normal post.
yesterday, when i try to buy some host using my unverify paypal account. I couldnt make the payment, paypal says that i have to verify, before i can do the payment. I thought its only in that host, then i try another host. i still have the same problem. I try another one is still the same. I think ist not about the limit, maybe when i pay using paypal, its not goes to another paypal account, its probably goes to bank account.
I see - I think PP obviously want you to support your transaction by adding a bank account to your PP account. You can add a bank account without being verified, but it will probably be beneficial to you to become properly verified. You mentioned you are having trouble verifying your account - what trouble are you having? Verification involves 3 steps: 1) Adding (and confirming) a bank account to your PP account 2) Confirming your location by telephone (or post) 3) Answering a questionnaire about your intended account usage.
Which country are you from ? Contact Paypal and ask them what your options are to verify your account. Usually, it is a simple and painless process. Yes, just by adding a bank account and/or credit card details would allow you to spend money from your account. You do not need to verify your account to do so. I think what you are experiencing is Paypal trying to protect its members from fraud. If you do not submit any information when you sign up, there is no way to determine you are who you say you are and that would be flagged as suspicious.
You can spend your money on ebay! Some.. hosting companies (such as dynadot.com) accept unverified PP payments... too bad go-daddy doesn't.
