Where to sell business idea or get sponsors?

    I am having couple of business ideas with USP.
    I have made everything documented like project cost, scope, revenue model bu don't have enough fund for the whole project. Project budget will be approximately $5K-$10K. I am looking for a site where I can sell my business idea or get sponsorship for it and I am ready to share revenue with sponsor.

    Business is strictly related to web. So I am looking for a site where I can present my idea and get investors/buyers for it.
