    Hi2all! :)

    I have a problem.

I worked out a nice business model which makes me some nice money ( $500-$700/month)

Now I want to sell my business, because I starte something new, and want to focus on that 100%!

Can you please help me guy, where can I sell my business model? Here on DP,in which section, or on some other sites?

And the other think is, for how much can I sell it? I think $3000-$4000?

    Thanks all!!

I've dealt with flippa before and therefore that's something I would recommend.
Ebay is not meant for selling sites, but it's true that they do sell them - though I can't imagine anyone serious actually looking to buy a business/site on ebay

Agreed, Flippa is probably the best place to start.

    It depends what it is.

If it is a business that requires a certain skill & lots of time, like writing; you are probably right at $4,000 ish.

That being said, if it's something like a turnkey website that requires little or no work, then A LOT more.

I mean if I had a business that made $500 a month and took me less 2 hours a week, then I wouldn't sell for any less than $10,000

Also, depending on what it is, decides where you can sell it. I used Flippa and got an awful price for a website. Another site I got 36 months income for by contacting a buyer privately. An Ecommerce store I sold I also got 36 months revenue and I used a business for sale website & a broker.

I think you have to post your offer in "Buy, Sell or Trade" thread.

You can post it in Digital Point Forums itself. Just make sure that your books are CLEAN (use Quicken so your potential buyers can check out your financial statements)

    ebay.com is good!

or go some special online shop, such as sharedeals.com in USA. but you should pay them.

Go with Flippa. Some serious websites listed along with genuine buyers there. :)

DP members could be of help to you if you provide all of us a brief idea about your business model - you may keep your business secrets as secrets, but the essential idea should be communicated. Based on it, I am sure you will get useful suggestions right here.

It's already been mentioned but the best place to sell something like that would be Flippa. I sold all of my sites through them and so have my other internet contacts.

A good rule of thumb for the price you can sell it at would be at 6 times the monthly income. You can then work off from there, by increasing it some more if you think it's worth way more than what you get.

Based on the $500-700 monthly income you stated, you could sell it at the $3000-$4200 you mentioned.
