I have a premium .WS domain name and want to find the best marketplace to sell it. Are there any good sites that focus on .WS more than others?

If you've got a "premium" .was name, you can try selling in in various places. I'd try forums first (DP, NP, DNF).

WS domains are not easy to transfer from one registrar to another so if you registered your domain at GoDaddy the best place for selling is inside its own Marketplace or that of your WS registar service.

Thanks a lot for the update chandan123 [IMG]

I have number of WS domains registered at Dynadot which I was unable to transfer a couple of years back.

Now I'm wonder how can I transfer and org.uk domain which is sit at this registrar. Before RegisterFly's debacle they used to accept co.uk/org.uk transfers, but now I have tried GoDaddy and others unsuccesfully :(

Depending on just how "premium", you could also try for end-users...directly.

How "premium" is premium by your defination, is it something as good as a keyword as "Soccer", something in that league?

In my own experience, I have seen the whole world owning "premium" domains because no matter it's the worst crap you've ever heard, being the owner of such name seems to be the "premium" measuring.

The dotWS TLD has no transfer policy when you reg a name on a registar that offers them, forthat reason also they are not too popular. During the early days of dotWS I did get one name but right at the dotWS TLD site.

Now that I think of it then theres no point of trying PawnCom for WS names, most lenders will require you to push the name until loan is paid

In fact the doWS registry is the weirdest of all of them because if you want to register a domain which is no yet registered, you may type its name to get in returns a dotWS trying to monetize with the chosen name.

Same thing if you lose a WS domain because instead of fall into deactivation, it's taken back by its registry to promote its wealthiness proposal on registering WS names.

Hi Guys, thanks for the advice. I just sold this by contacting someone directly who i thought might be interested in it. It had been listed on Sedo and i posted it on some of the forums with no luck. I emailed a successful webmaster who had a .WS site so was familiar with this extension.
