Where to retire to?

    I am thinking more and more about retirement and know I want to end up some where warm and sunny but not too far away from my children. I live in the UK. Any suggestion?

    Spain, Italy, Greece, lot's of good small towns there with a beach and sunny weather through most of the year.

    They all sound really good,and Spain would be may favourite of them. I love Mallorca but its very expensive.

    I'm to young for retirement but i dream for an island somewhere in Caraibee or Bali or in Greece/Turkey ....
