Where to report a spammer

    I don't know if here is the best place but...if someone upload things related to tramadol, porn, trojans on your server as hundreads of html files and spam others, forums, guestbooks where can i report the IP . I mean report them to someone with authority to investigate and find the guy.

    the best thing would be to report them to their ISP with proof of what they have done. however as i said you need good proof
