I am looking for someplace cheap(under $15) where I can buy these. I have seen prices as high as $160.... So any help?

According to information provided on the .il registry http://www.isoc.org.il/domains/ , there are only four registrar and there website address is given.

You can check the lowest pricing for them.

Sorry cant be of more use... as the language on the site is beyond my comprehension.

Ha I just noticed that too. A problem I am having is that I have to register for 2 years at a time. Anyone know a way around this?
