Where to register .edu domains?

    Hi,
    I was wondering from where I can register .edu domains? Is it possible to register them? I would like to get some info about .edu domains.

    .edu domains cant be registered publically. These are some reserved domains which can be only owned by the educational institutes. You can use .ac domain which is similar to .edu and available for registering in public directories. Generally a .ac domain costs like 100$ :)

    .Edu domains cannot be registered by individuals. However there was a case a few months back, on some website getting a .edu domain, though it may have been a hack.
