where to register a domian i have full control?

i can set dns, ip resolved by myself. better to pay by paypal.

Almost all registrar have no full control. for example. www.dot5hosting.com you must call their crew to do that.

 

Suggest don't register your domain with same hosting provider.. Use reputable registrant like godaddy or namecheap..
