Where to register a domain name for blogger?

    dynadt accepts paypal i don't know if they accept unverified ones

    tnx ,I'll try even tho i have registered to few and than afterwards saw that they do not accept payments from unverified paypal (my country is on send only list in paypal thats why all this trouble) :(
