As for free places to promote, what have you done already. Articles are a great way promote and I still use it to build backlinks. Blog comments are great too. I use Comment Hut from Paul Forcey to locate related blogs to post too. Once you have cash flow, its a good idea to start leveraging your time by hiring help...whether its software or a VA to help complete your tasks. Hiring help is not as difficult as it seems, but you do need to understand how to avoid mistakes.
