    You need to submit these type of sites in directories, forums, classifieds etc that offer submission for adult categories along with other categories.

    I'm wondering why theres so much adult sites right now, for sure you need to change board for this where adult webmasters change traffic, thats the only way to get traffic there

    Check into the stile network - also known as the stile project. The guy has a huge network of adult sites and a forum.

    Then there is orsm.net, they have it setup where you can buy banner space on the site.

    Post some stuff on 4chan /b/
