Where to post?!

    I am working at some amazing SEO Tools :) They are amazing because they are faster then 90% of the SERPs tools on the market... my question is , can i post them here, or it's considered as spam?! and where in this forum i can post them?! buy/sell -> services | or google ?! | or search engine optimization ?
    i don't want to do anything wrong... coz i don't wanna get banned/suspeded again!

    Actually, if they are free tools, it should go in the "All Other Tools" section.
