Where to post!?!? WP Template - Contenst - Design - Coding?

    I want a new template for www.4flush.com. I want to be very picky. I don't want to hire just one guy without knowing he/she can create exactly what I want.

    I dunno if I need it coded... I assume I do?

    I want it installed. Done and done.. ready to go..

    I have the header, all the other design will be the designers job..

    So .. is that design.. then coding..

    Or should I do contest? What's my best course here?

    Yeah run a contest or hire a reputed designer/coder.
