Where to post this?

I'm a bit tired of getting infractions for starting threads in the wrong category. I can think of several categories where the post I want make will fit in nicely, but it has been pointed out to me through my infractions that just because I think a post fits in a certain forum doesn't mean a mod will. I'm a bit skeptical of even asking this question here even though the description is "anything your heart desires".

I want to start a thread asking for someone who uses the DigiXMAS Article Submission software to beta test an application I wrote that works with the DigiXMAS datafiles to create more backlinks for your sites. My initial thought is that it should go in the All Other Tools category, but I could also see it residing in the Solicitations & Announcements category (because I am asking for someone to test something), or even the Link Development category (since it will create backlinks) or programming.

Can a mod please tell me which category is the correct one so I can avoid further infractions?

I wish I could give infractions! I'd infraction-spam people! DeniseJ would have like 70 infractions just for arguing with me.

Oh man being able to give infractions here would be so fun.
