where to post for game developer partners

    Can anyone point me to the best places to advertise for potential partners or licensees for rp mmo games. I am helping a Russian friend to try and find UK and other international companies or individuals to get involved developing the games for all respective countries and languages.

    Hope someone can help--- thanks in advance
