Where to place banner ads in the header just after logo?

    Hi,
    I just want to know where to put google code in the header.php?
    I want to place a banner ad just after my logo. please explain in detail bcoz i'm not that good in php & html.

    my website is http://extremearticle.com & pls also suggest some ad formats for my site.

    I think you have already added good enough google ads at your blog so no need to add another ad (banner ad at header) there.
