    I would say under templates, your theme name (probably subSilver), and footer.php

    According to google, you have to place the code on each page you want to track. I may be mistaken (and probably am) but it looks like, in order for it to track, it has to be on your home page, which on a phpbb forum like mine, is the portal page. However, google says to place it above </body> which I can't find on the portal.tpl - can you tell I'm still learning?
