    what are the best places online to promote my newly launched product or service

    Me & my team have launched eLearning portal, where we are offering latest IT related courses with 24x7 on demand tech support.

    i am just looking for some good ways to promote my website and our products.

    Thanks you for your inputs, really valuable. both of these points have their own importance.

    submitting the story about the startup is a good one, but quite time consuming. i have tried contacting 5 magazine people, but till now i haven't received any reply from them. It's been 3 days already.

    but i am putting my more efforts into this, just wish me luck. :)

    If it is a learning portal, how about setting up a Facebook group? You could market from there.
