What the heck's web site quality control? Isn't it intrinsic to web construction? Are you a web developer?

If you want to learn web construction, head over to W3Schools.com. They have some very straightforward tutorials.

If you are looking for some good articles on marketing for your website and increasing the usability of your site, you should also checkout Site-Reference.com.

I don't know exactly the term Website QC (Quality Control) used here. But I think these are related topics you might want to explore when building the website:
    • Validate your web page with http://validator.w3.org/. It helps revealing problems with your HTML/XHTML codes.
    • Consulting the Webmaster guidelines documentation at Google http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=35769
