Is it legal somewhere to host

1. manuals how to use bruteforce
2. logins/passwords lists, links to files with logins/passowrds

Site is about cheats for mmo games, its similar to http://www.elitepvpers.com/forum/ , but also my users like hacking, so i get abuses "site of hackers" etc. So i want to ask is it legal somewhere.

I can remove topics on abuses, but i don't want to completely restrict such topics.

Btw also i get abuses on cheats, so my another question is "are cheats for mmo games legal" , http://www.elitepvpers.com/forum/ here there a lot of cheats, so as i understand cheats/hacks for online games are legal.

 

any host should technically work if they put up with such sites. ddos are the biggest issues as to why no one wants to jost such sites

Depends which host you go for to be honest but I would say, as long as you are not using the server to bruteforce then it should be fine, and the logins should be fine to. As it goes for the forum, cheats are legal, their just unethical in the gaming community so there is no problem with that at all.
