No way, the content will be deleted on Indian server. still, you can try some file hosting sites like filebebo.com it is best for video, and openload.com also. for files, it is best to have it in Dropbox, if you wish to keep it safe. if you are linking the files to download then you might prefer the above file hosting again.
You can host them on your own computer. If you have Windows, there are some tutorials freely available on the Internet. You should check out that. Still, I do not recommend you to create an illegal website because the police may arrest you.
