Hi, My two year old arcade site is now getting about 8,000 uniques a day and making ~$1,250/month revenue using ads. It ranks very well on Google but gets almost no repeat visitors / referrals. My guess is that this is probably because all the games there can be found on many other sites and there is really nothing unique about the content. I was thinking of ways to take the site to the next step but not sure which ones make sense. I could try to buy better games or develop new ones - but that seems like it would never pay for itself. I could keep doing SEO - but I really doubt my crappy site would ever rank higher than sites like miniclip.com who actually "deserve" their ranking. Is it possible I've just reached the end of the site's potential and should move on to new projects?
if you are not able to keep your visitors then it's better to add some unique games. It will help you a lot. BTW can you share how to promote arcade sites
