How many shirts are you looking to print out?

If it's just a few shirts, you might want to use cafepress.com instead.

cafepress is pretty expensive. and i'm looking to sell them offline more than online.

    maybe about 20-25 shirts

Actually cafepress is free. You make $ per sale.. there's no investment needed. However, this is all online.

Where are you located BTW? You might want to find a manufacturer that is preferably in your state/province or atleast country.

You might be hard pressed to find someone to print shirts both cheaply and in such a small quantity.

Try if you want to get big supplies in the future, look for local suppliers and try and make a deal with them, as it may save you money from Postage etc.
