    Hey,

    I have been looking everywhere for this but I can't find it.

    Im looking to install one on a localhost just for testing, I'm using an older version of vBulletin ( 3.8 ) because I have a custom design and don't want to upgrade yet so I can only use PHP 5.2 or 5.3 - All downloads I find are 5.6 and it wont work on that.

    Does anyone know where I can get the older PHP please?

    I was on that earlier and downloaded a few versions, none included PHP 5.2 or 5.3 though
