I suggest you to go to alexa. Search traffic ranking for your site or any famous site in UK. Scroll down to your country and click it. You will be given top 100 sites in your country. Check on them if it is totally from UK.. usually, domains will be .co.uk Advertise from there. You will get tons of UK traffic from there.
