on www.johnchow.com he has this bar at the top that resembles Internet Explorers message bar. Does anyone know where to get that from? EDIT: Nevermind I found after some creative thinking. I found word "mta_bar" in John Chow's html. After searching for that I discovered the Search word I was looking for. Its called a Stripe Ad.
Yep its a stripe in web designing terms. You can insert this bar easily in your blog if you are using Wordpress as your blogging engine. All you have to do is just to install this plugin. John Chow do it same way. Also their are many plugins for the same task.
