    It means he sells you $75 voucher for ten dollars, since he can't cash in the voucher.. So its bargain all the way. How does he get the voucher, this he wouldn't tell you.. He probably has a voucher finder/software in his locker..... So why not get the voucher finder for unlimited campaigns, @ a cheaper price

    Yes, that might be the reason, but he says its not Voucher work and there is no disturbance in providing service too, something new he says,
    whatever it is, it helps me a lot :)
