You mean so that you input a few keywords / phrases and it spits out content?? I don't know if such a site exists because I've never looked ... because I'd guarantee it'd be a load of rubbish. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear but the only way to get good quality, unique content is to do it yourself and use your brain.

copywriters in the uk can be pretty expensive but you should be able to get quality for that money - otherwise post on this forum for content creators, you'll most likely be able to find someone way out east who will do 500 words for a few bucks, but don't be surprised it the language is substandard.... (not always, but frequently...)
In my Whole SEO career i haven't seen any authentic content generating tool by just imputing desired KW's.
Create your own unique content which is interesting to readers. That's the best quality content you can have.
if need content for putting in as a comment then you will have to create own because there is not available this type website..and you can hire content writer also....
You are the source of valuable content. You may not think so, but you are. Your viewpoint is unique and people with your skill level or slightly less exist who would like to read it whether you realize it or not.
Write yourself or by a good content writer. Don't copy other's content. You won't get any value to Google.
If you want a good content, then probably you should write it on your own. Or, you can hire a professional content writer who can create fresh, unique and SEO friendly contents for your desired keywords.
