where to get paid bloggers ???

Hi Friends,
I am launching a new website in 2 weeks time and researching through the methods of marketing a website, one idea is to get PAID BLOGGERS ....
Can someone tell me where do i get these bloggers?? Any websites???

I tried emailing individually around 10 bloggers on www.blogger.com to ask them if they are interested in paid blogging,and none replied ...

So, can anyone share list of websites where i can find them....
