where to get mp3's and music vids.

i want to make a site that sells mp3 plans, like for 5.00 a month people can have access to mp3s. where can i get mp3s legally so i can do this?

 

I aint sure but i would guess that you would have to contact music publishers for rights

If you want to do it legally, contact publishers for rights. Unless you have a big budget and can prove that you're not just small webmaster, you're better off starting an affiliate site that links to sites doing that kind of stuff.

That would be a very tough business to get into. I can't see many people paying for music online unless you market yourself like a madman (ie. Itunes Musicmatch etc.). Your upfront cost is also going to be massive so be prepared to spend alot of money.
