    Such as real newspapers, universities, foundations, real education sites and more..

    First, search for this sites, and contact the admin with your advertising proposal.
    Usually, if they accept advertisers, they will get you the quotes.

    You can also buy links from this forum at BST section under Link Sales.

    Make sure you verify google cache, age of websites and PR before buying.
    The 'link sales' section is a good place to find cheap and quality link offers.
