Hello everyone. I am a long time lurker to this great forum. I finally caved in and decided to participate in the discussions here. My question for you guys is - Is this site the best place to discuss and possible sell or trade my site. I am going to moving to a full day position and will not have time for a online business of mine and I think I want to sell it or trade it for something. I don't know how to go about this or how much to sell it for. I am a novice and it would be great to have some support on how to go about this. Thank you.
Hi Yes - this forum is really great to sell your online business. But its also a place of hard bargain. You might also try SitePoint to sell your site which might fetch a better price.

I have a Lead Generation Service for real estate agents. It is really cool because there are about 1.5 million Realtors out there that dont know how to generate business. Our system create these lead generating systems and allows the realtors to generate unlimted buyer adn seller leads without having to drop tons of money like other places. It is very successful but I am going to be moving to a full time job at a publishing company so I do not have the time anymore. I have never advertised it and it spreads by word of mouth. Sorry for the long answer, it is something that has to be explained.
