where to get incoming only backlinks PR5+ ?

    is it possible to get highish PR backlinks which are white hat/long term without giving outward link?

    can anyone recommend a source?

    You can try in the BST section of the DP forums, but that won't be free. You must pay for that kind of links.

    You need to buy a Pr 5 links if you dont have any similar PR website which you can offer in exchange. Anyways try BST (Link Sales section) to know more.
