Where to get Google+'s?

I need to buy around 100 +'s from different IPs, so that is does not look odd to Google, any ideas?

You can buy Google +1.But i think they are expensive.one +1 costs 0.10$. If u can spend 10$ u can easily get 100 Google +1's

rather than buying "+1's" its better to keep a message in your website saying that "+1 this page/site if you enjoyed your say" or something like that. also place multiple "+1" buttons in a appropriate places on your website. one of the best trick i am following is (look into the following picture):
