Or try www.CafePress.com. I've had a bunch of shirts from there, t-shirts, polo shirts. Even a hat. No problems, quality is decent.

Don't use Cafepress. The quality of their products is terrible.

You know we had quite a few made professionally where they were stiched but to be honest for the money, my uncle made one using an iron on paper from compusa and believe it or not it looked professional enough to run around in and its completely washable/dryable... So I suppose depending on what you are looking to spend and what you are intending its use for there are a couple options.

All you need is an ink jet printer and an iron....Here: http://www.compusa.com/products/pro...n_Cool_Peel_Transfer_Paper_8_5_inch_x_11_inch

    hope that helps!

You could also search for a local embroidery shop. They can embroid your logo on a polo shirt, may be cheaper than the internet, may be more expensive, I don't know, never stopped to compare the prices :p

I have ordered a few t shirts and sweatshirts from Cafepress, the quality has been very good. Best HANES goods on the market.

It would be nice if they offered embroidered merchandise though.
