Where to get cheapest PPC advertising?

I see some people get PPC advertising for $0.001 per click.
Where/How? Any recommendations?

hmm..it's hard to get that kind of ppc.
if you want there are a small company but the problem is the impression daily is too low.

Extremely cheap traffic normally is bad traffic...Are you interested in that? :/

 

I have to agree. You really get what you pay for and when you spend that little for traffic, you diffinitely don't get quality visitors.

 

1/10th of a cent is very cheap, and like someone said you do get what you pay for.
