    I assume you can start with the marketplace here. But it could be that all paid listings are the ones Google or any other Search engine is aware of. I would hire freelancer or new stuff member for that kind of job.

    I have used some designer work and hired users from freelancer(dot)com. Pay attention at the portfolio and rating. That is very important thing there.
    There you have opportunity discuss everything with the freelancers before start the job. Also freelancer gets the payment there only after completed job and your confirmation.
