WHere to get a list of Cities and Countries

Hey creating a database and need a complete list of cities and countries. Does anybody know where I can get such a thing please?

I would imagine your best bet would be to look at zip code databases. I think there are some for free around the internet. If I'm not mistaken, every city has it's own zip code?

 

try a leads company. they can put lists together sometimes. I don't know any names of companies.
