Where to get a dot info domain name at $2.5

My friend has $2.5 in his alertpay. He wants to get a dot info domain name using that very money in alert pay. Is there any one who can do that for him? Only he has is that and only. I have helped him make asearch and all i could get was paying through paypal at $0.99. If you can, you will get that $2.5. Only domain name. Hosting is his. Reply here with an idea or if you can help out

i honestly dont understand why he cant transfer the funds to paypal? Surely he could withdraw money to his bank account and credit it to his paypal?

for alertpay i only know of:

if he is really poor, can he offer something else, such as a service, or something and in exchange we 'pay' him by pushing him a domain name?

 

Thats a brilliant idea. What would that be then? A permanent link or something related? Tell what kind of compesation would you like back so you can "push" him a domain.. You see, he got only $2.5 he made from PPC. He cant withdraw and again load it to paypal pal.
