where to get a contact form for your website?

I'm using a free contact form on my website from freecontactforms.com or something like that.
They sent me an email saying i've used up my quota for the month and I need to upgrade to the paid version.

What type of free contact forms are available?
    Could I make one myself?
    Any help would be appreciated.

    thanks

Does your Webhost support PHP ? Then I wish you can make one for yourself very easily. Let me know.

You can also find plenty of free php scripts at http://www.hotscripts.com
You can also hire freelance programmers to do the job for you. Your choice.

ablaye is right. I have seen lots of people outsource making Contact form. I myself have done one for someone for 15$ in DP once.

But as it is for his own site and he knows a bit of PHP you should do it yourself. If you need any more help on this I wish i could help you.
