Where to get a $10 pre-paid virtual credit card?

    I need to buy a product (costs $10) from a website, however they do not accept Paypal and I do not have a credit card. Therefore, I want to buy a VCC (with paypal money) that has $10 preloaded on it. Does anybody know any respected retailers willing to sell me something like this?

    Entropay and many more don't work in the US where the government likes to protect the freedom of it's citizens. So credit providers are banned.
